Dr. Sheri is a frequent lecturer on topics related to exercise, physical fitness, diabetes, exercise and nutrition, how to become a "fit diabetic," control of type 1 and control and prevention of type 2 diabetes with physical activity and other lifestyle changes, diabetic athletes, weight loss and maintenance, and successful aging.

Her primary goal is to educate people on how to live long and healthy lives--with or without diabetes. She also is a strong advocate for successful aging and living well for a lifetime without serious physical limitations or preventable illnesses.
